I got my definitive spreadsheet of all four editions (US) of the 1001 book list The 1001 Books you Should Read Before you Die, edited by Peter Boxall, from Arukiyomi.
There's now a total of 1305 books from all four lists, my total at the start of 2014 is 165 books read. My aim is to read 20 or so from the list each year to avoid reading ruts. I'm not officially trying for the complete list, as there's a LOT on there I simply don't want to read!
Here are links to my reviews of 1001 reads on the blog.
